You can reach us by calling (425) 640-4950. The first step toward getting the care you need is scheduling an appointment. We try our best to make this quick, easy and hassle-free. When you call for an appointment, please let us know the specific reason for your visit. If you have more than one problem, please mention this when making your appointment. This allows us to set aside enough time for you to see your primary care provider.

In general, the earlier in the day you call, the easier it is to get an appointment that is convenient for you. Please try to schedule routine physicals, well-child checks and pap smears six weeks in advance. If you cannot make your appointment, please give us twenty-four hours notice.

When making an appointment, the receptionist will tell you if your appointment is during that physician's call day. Your physician may be scheduled, both in the Clinic and on-call, for emergency patients on those days. Please call thirty minutes ahead to ensure your appointment is on time. 

If you cannot make your appointment time, please let us know as far in advance as possible. This allows us to reschedule your appointment for the earliest possible date and permits us to see another patient.
