Telephone calls will be triaged by our receptionist, who will either refer you to the appointment desk, billing, or to our registered nurse, who can answer many of your basic medical questions. For more serious problems or technical questions, your call will be forwarded to your primary care provider. If your doctor is not in the office, the doctor on call will be notified of your call. Calls will be returned on a priority basis. If you feel your problem is an emergency, please tell the receptionist and your call will be handled immediately.
